Texas Direct Roofing Construction was started in 2017 by Jerrimy Farris and Matt Andrews. What we are looking for
Texas Direct Roofing and Construction is seeking 3-5 individuals to join our growing team of Storm Restoration Representatives to help clients restore their homes from storm damage. We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of company that works hard and plays hard.
No experience is necessary. We provide the best storm restoration training program nationwide, developing you into a fully capable, proficient sales rep in 2 weeks. Individuals we hire receive training on basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to assist homeowners through their projects.
Qualifications Needed
- Comfortable talking face-to-face with customers
- Able to climb a ladder to a roof
- Reliable transportation
- Great work ethic and good time management
- Willing to self-generate leads (canvassing)
- Smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during inspections
- Previous sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspecting & documenting for storm damage to homes
- Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to brief them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
- Creating estimates
- Marketing and lead generation for new prospects
